Aims and Methods of the Scouting Program The Scouting program has three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the "Aims of Scouting." They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. The methods by which the aims are achieved are listed below in random order to emphasize the equal importance of each.
I will be having my Eagle Project Bake Sale fundraiser at Harvest Market on Saturday, January 19th from 9 am to 3 pm. Please donate baked goods and drop them off shortly before 9 am, or we can arrange to pick them up beforehand. I am also looking for scouts to help sell the bake goods, so please let me know if you can help with that. Scouts should be in Class A uniform and dress for the weather. My project is to build two footbridges and a tent platform at Pulpit Rock Conservation Area. Thank you! - Alex Fortin
